 What would you do what would you say if it was today

If it was the day if it was the triumph you were looking for all along

All the songs all the sweet things all you ever wanted

Was to give you all the pleasure you once yearned for

I’ll tell u what you would do cause you don't have a clue

You never had it u never will u were part of a toying of sorts

A loitering of feelings that made you believe in

Nothing that something was coming but nothing ensued

U were subdued and i was out of breath

And i just had to practice for a penny less

Why would you try? Jus get up and revive

That made itself so small that u couldn't even see

U flung yourself at arms length into oceans bare

And worshipped the wrong crowd, found ur way out

And thought it was me, that fed you the signs

But follow as you might you were bound to be a leader

Of u of them or anyone you can, i were bred for the joy

And you smothered yourself to be of help

Do tell what you did cause at one point you're bound to have to

Give a speech, a recognition will bestow u 

And ull have empty words to a crowd of useless minds

That had yearning to be filled until u sucked them dry

You don't want them to know, do u

U wanna save yourself? Well how can u do it without going through hell

And give it to them as well…?

If ur angry then shoot it at them 

If you're powerless, u cant really gain respect

If you don't aim, and do it well

Cause ur target is the point and ur voice is the choir

Wondered what spoke to you? 

The same voice that spoke out of you, it echoed as a whisper

And u thought it was a secret but dismiss this

Notion of a savior, ur a favor to the masses

Ur a sinking treasure, learn to swim before time is up

And you'll rise ahead to trances and station your thought

To the ones that can be bought for… petty money

U are the cause, u are the flame. Let them remember your name.
